CoNetworked, LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptable Use & Subdomains
Users are granted a revocable license to operate an individualized gaming guild website on a designated BYOGhub subdomain. Users retain ownership of their unique guild data, text, and media, but are solely responsible for ensuring all content posted on their subdomain adheres to legal standards.
2. Intellectual Property
The core SaaS platform software, proprietary codebases, custom Vite/Tailwind themes, animations, and visual layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of CoNetworked, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
3. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
BYOGhub provides automated synchronization pipelines relying strictly on public and authenticated APIs from third parties, including Blizzard Entertainment and Discord. CoNetworked, LLC does not control these external networks and cannot guarantee uptime or structural consistency if third-party endpoints modify their service access.
4. Limitation of Liability
All software, services, and hosting environments are provided on an As-Is and As-Available basis without warranties of any kind regarding server interruptions or event scheduling synchronization.
